Mindfulness in Everyday Life: A Four Week Class

Learn what it means to be mindful of your body, mind, emotions, and life. Dr. Norma Harris will lead participants in activities that will help to recognize our natural ability to be mindful and aware. The 90 minutes will include guided exercises, group discussion and practice. Experiential homework will be assigned and discussed.

This class is also open to teenagers (ages 13+) that have a strong personal interest in meditation and mindfulness.

This is a 4 week program, meeting every Sunday from 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM starting January 7th. Individual class drop ins are allowed.

2 class cost: $55

single class drop in cost: $28

Minimum class size is 8.
